Hi, specialty seekers!
This one is critical to be recognisable on LinkedIn or any other platform.
We're drowning in content. Thousands of posts every single day.
People don't have time to carefully analyze each post to figure out who wrote it. They need instant recognition. A visual cue that says "oh, this is that person again."
To make this cristal clear, let's analyse some creators who've done this perfectly.
Alex Hormozi
Always dresses the same. White tank top with “Acquisition” printed on it, plaid shirt over it. Often wearing a cap with the same branding. Then, he has the same hairstyle and beard since the beginning.
He chose his visual signature: physical appearance. And used it to be easily recognised. Then committed to it completely.
Same colors. Same look. Every single time.

Louis Grenier
A few days ago I read an newsletter where he explained that at a certain point in his career, he needed visual identity to stand out. He knew from research that a character with a face would be memorable.
So he created Roger, a passive-aggressive rooster with a purple beret.
His exact words: "I had no idea how people would react when we created this passive-aggressive rooster with his purple béret. Would people even notice it? Would it make them laugh? There was no focus group testing. All I knew was that I found it hilarious, and so did my daughter. So we went for it. All-in.
The results went far beyond my expectations. People noticed it, and it made them laugh. I can't count the number of comments/emails I got mentioning Roger.”
He also has a signature phrase: "stand the fuck out."

Casey Neistat
Simple asf. Always wears the same sunglasses.

Yes, there's more to these people that made them successful. Their personality. Their results. Their consistency.
But they all have one thing in common: they chose a visual element and owned it.
That visual signature makes them recognizable in seconds. Before you even process what they're saying, you know who's saying it.
I'm still searching for mine. But I know this is a mandatory asset if you want to stand out on LinkedIn (or anywhere else) and I’m sharing it with you.
Your to-do list
Only 1 task this week: What’s your signature?

I’ll be there for you…when your post only gets 12 likes ‘cause it happens to me tooooooo. (F.R.I.E.N.D.S.)
